COVID-19 Safety Measures

Due to Covid -19 government guidelines, we'd like to share the important information prior to your arrival as below. Feel free to contact us in case you come across any enquiries. 


---We will take your temperature upon entry.


---To help us protect each other you will need to wear a face covering throughout your service. (Not in facial treatment, but Microblading) We will kindly ask to bring your own face coverings but the salon can provide you a disposable one if you wish.

Our staffs will also be wearing face coverings. 


---Hand washing and hand sanitiser must be done on entry to the salon. 


---Regrettably we can not serve refreshments at this time, but feel free to bring your own. 

We will be able to refill water bottles. 


---Please arrive on time for your service. 

In order to keep things running safely and smoothly we are unlikely to be able to accommodate late arrivals more than 5 minutes. If you arrive early, we may require you to wait outside for a short time before we can sit you down to begin your appointment. 


---Although we will not have designed spaces for any of your personal belongings, folding bikes, scooters.


---We are usually an open arms community, but unfortunately at this time we are not able to accommodate extra guests, children, or pets. 


---We really appreciate at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment where possible, otherwise we will have to charge 50% cancellation fee. 

If you, or anyone in your household is unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible to let us know so that we can rearrange your appointment after 14 days.


---We kindly ask that all guests do their best to observe social distancing measures whilst in the salon.
